Phillip
PRESIDENT

  • Is responsible for the overall club strategy and performance including the maintenance of the Club premises,

  • Sets standards for risk & security; defines processes for call outs and issue management,

  • The face of the Club to the public, authorities & any Corporate entities

  • Is the chair for Committee Meetings when attending.

Lara
MEMBERSHIP SECRETARY

  • Manages Membership contact details and subscription payments,

  • Onboards new Members through the Committee approval process,

  • Manages the production and distribution of Access and Security passes,

  • Organises the annual collection of Membership subscriptions and offboards Members as they leave.

Jamie
SOCIAL SECRETARY

  • Supports Member activities by developing a social calendar,

  • Is responsible for the booking of events,

  • Secures volunteers to support the delivery of social activities,

  • Supports and maintains our social media pages, event calendars, posts and responses.

Christian 
TREASURER

  • Produces the monthly and annual financial cash-flow reports,

  • Manages the bank account (with other signatories where required) 

  • Supports Officers who may require funds via Committee approval,

  • Liaises with payroll & HMRC,

  • Manages fixed expenses contracts, e.g. utilities and insurance

GENERAL COMMITTEE

The club has non-Officer roles that support the running of the Club, provide insight and feedback from Members and take actions from the meetings

CLUB SECRETARY

  • Is responsible for overseeing the delivery of the Strategy set out by the Members through their President,

  • Governs the Committee, arranges meetings, collates agendas and minutes proceedings,

  • Maintains all administrative records for the Club.

The VP deputises for the President and supports the Club Secretary with the business of setting and delivering the direction and performance of the club.

SNOOKER SECRETARY

  • Responsible for promoting, running and maintaining the Snooker Hall.

  • Ensures tables and seating are of acceptable match standards,

  • Oversees development of club team(s) and participation in local and league competitions
